2023 Closing Period Notice for the Festive Season

Dear Customer

As the festive season approaches, the Orca Technologies team extends warm wishes to you and your loved ones for a joyous holiday season!

In preparation for the upcoming year, we want to share some important information with you:

Office Closure:

Our offices will be closed from the 21st of December 2023 until the 9th of January 2024. We will resume normal operations on the 10th of January 2024.

Support Hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 AM → 05:00 PM
  • Saturday: 09:00 AM → 02:00 PM
  • Sundays and Public Holidays (25th Dec; 26th Dec; 1st Jan): Closed
  • Contact Number: 028 341 0383

During this period, our support team will only be available for phone calls through the above contact number for Urgent Technical Support.

For all other inquiries, we kindly request you to use our ticketing system by sending an email to support@orcatech.co.za or creating a ticket through your customer portal. Our team will address these queries once our offices reopen in the new year.

Rest assured, our technicians will continue monitoring our network and promptly attend to any arising issues.

Please note that callouts will be limited to emergencies and subject to team availability during this period. Normal callout fees still apply.

January 2024 Invoices and Debit Orders:
  • Invoices for January 2024 will be sent on the 15th of December.
  • Due dates for January will be extended to the 15th of January to accommodate the festive season and our closing period.
  • Debit orders for January 2024 will be processed on the 2nd of January.
  •  In-office card payments will be available before and after the closing period.
