The average network uptime (across all network nodes) for the last year is sitting just over 99%. We measure our uptime differently to most. It’s not just “is our network up”, we use a 3rd party to measure each Highsite (tower) as being accessible from US / Europe / Australia. This measurement effectively calculates the actual true usability of our network backbone.

There are instances where individual customers are individually affected; high winds moving a dish, trees growing (or other obstacles) affecting clear line of sight to the tower, a problem with an on premises Access Point etc. These are each unique, individual, on customer site issues which we address via our helpdesk.
